Born on 25 August 1968 in Edirne , Rafet El Roman, when his parents moved to Germany in 1970, lived with his grandmother until 7 years old at Uzunköprü Ömerbey village. After he finished first grade at primary school at the village, he was sent to his parents in Germany . He completed his education in Germany .
